• To create and manage your fabricator account
• To display your listings to buyers on the platform
• To send you account-related emails (verification, approval, listing notifications)
• To forward buyer messages to you via email when someone contacts you about a listing
• To review new fabricator applications for approval

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. What Buyers Can See

When a buyer views a listing, they can see your business name and the details of your listing. Your personal email address and phone number are never displayed publicly. Buyers contact you through a message form, and we forward the message to your email on their behalf.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

• Resend — sends transactional emails on our behalf
• Turso — cloud database hosting for account and listing data
• Railway — web hosting and server infrastructure
• Anthropic (Claude AI) — used optionally to identify stone type from photos you upload. Photos are sent to Anthropic's API and are not stored by them beyond the request.

5. Data Retention

Your account and listing data are retained as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, contact us at info.remnantexchange@gmail.com and we will remove it within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Opt out of non-essential communications

7. Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and hashed passwords. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
